Specially designed for a very good resistance to wear and corrosion in hard sea conditions, the renforced body and axle are all forged in the same manganese alloy steel material ( din 17115)

The different parts are mounted with no play to have along life in the sea.

The big conical pin has a strong diameter and a “T” form for the easy handling ( with gloves).

The visual inspection of the shackle is very easy due to the external position of the pin
For the mounting / need a hammer to fit in axle and bend the pin
For dismantling / need to cut the pin near the axle and to take it off with a hammer.
